For personalised orders, please allow up to 5 days for your order to be hand-made and dispatched.

Orders refused by customers can be returned for a refund, minus the cost of shipping, duties and a 20% administration fee.

Mystery puzzles are greatly reduced and as such are not covered by our normal returns policy.
If for any reason you puzzle arrives damaged then will happily send you a replacement.
