Creating your puzzle is simple:-

- Choose your puzzle size.
- We'll make it in our Devon workshop and deliver it straight to your door.
Every puzzle comes in a personalised box with your chosen photo on the lid — ready to gift, or to keep for yourself.
⚠️ Please bear in mind that if your original image is poor quality then the jigsaw image will be poor quality. Choose a digital image taken on a high quality setting or an image scanned at 300 DPI.
We do not edit your uploaded photo. This includes rotation, cropping, zoom or quality.

Mystery puzzles are greatly reduced and as such are not covered by our normal returns policy.
If for any reason, your order arrives damaged then we'll happily send you a replacement.

How do I create a personalised puzzle
It’s easy! Just choose your puzzle size and piece count, then upload your photo using our simple online tool. You can preview how your puzzle will look before placing your order.
What kind of photo should I use?
For best results, use a high-resolution image with good lighting and clear details. Avoid dark, blurry, or low-quality photos – these won’t print as well.
Can I add text to the box of my personalised puzzle?
Yes! Your photo will be displayed on the front of the box, along with any text you'd like to include. Whether it’s a birthday message, Christmas greeting, or something personal just for them, you can easily add your own words during the order process.
What sizes and difficulty levels are available?
We offer a range of piece counts to suit every puzzler – from 200 piece beginner puzzles to 1000 piece challenges. Choose what works best for you or your recipient.
Can I personalise a puzzle with more than one photo?
At the moment, we only support one image per puzzle. If you’d like to use a collage, we recommend creating one using a photo editing app before uploading it.
How long will it take to arrive?
Personalised puzzles are made to order. We aim to get your personalised puzzle delivered within 5 working days and we’ll send you tracking details as soon as your puzzle is on the way.
