All orders are shipped from the UK

$11.99 (via Royal Mail) - Orders under 2kg
$15 - Orders between 2kg and 4kg
$20 - Orders between 4kg and 6.5kg
$30  - Order between 6.5kg and 10kg
$40 - Over 10kg

(A 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle weighs just under 1kg)

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) and from dispatch will take 5 working days to be delivered via various carriers. Royal Mail deliveries to the US will arrive in 5-10 days. For personalised orders, please allow up to 5 days for your order to be hand-made and dispatched.

Customs and Duties - Unfortunately, we do not have any control over what (if any) duties will be charged by US / Canadian Customs, therefore the customer is responsible for any possible duties at the time of delivery by US/ Canadian Customs. Orders refused by customers can be returned for a refund, minus the cost of shipping, duties and a 20% administration fee.

We currently ship to Ireland, France, Germany,  Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Delivery Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an email when we have shipped your parcel which will have tracking information for delivery with your courier. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to appear from when you receive your tracking number.

As all our personalised products are carefully handmade, please allow 5 - 10 working days for your order to be dispatched from the day you placed your order. Please consider delivery times when placing your order, as this is additional to the 5-10 working days required to make your personalised puzzle.
