For personalised orders, please allow up to 5 days for your order to be hand-made and dispatched.

Customs and Duties - Unfortunately, we do not have any control over what (if any) duties will be charged by Customs, therefore the customer is responsible for any possible duties at the time of delivery by US/ Canadian Customs. Orders refused by customers can be returned for a refund, minus the cost of shipping, duties and a 20% administration fee.

Mystery Puzzles

Mystery puzzles are greatly reduced and as such are not covered by our normal returns policy.

If for any reason your puzzle arrives damaged then will happily send you a replacement.

Important Information

  • This subscription service is currently only available in the UK. 
  • Your first jigsaw will be dispatched within 1 working day of your purchase.
  • Your item for each subsequent month will be dispatched on or after the 9th of the month. If you have not received your puzzle after 7 days - please let us know as soon as possible. 
  • **When adding delivery to your basket choose 2nd class delivery to ensure you get Free delivery on your order.
