Record-breaking jigsaw puzzle orders
We are still taking a record breaking number of orders. Thank you so much! We are very grateful that you have chosen to get your jigsaws from us.
Over the past few days, various countries have closed their borders and we have decided that we will stop all international orders in the next couple of days. We will keep you fully updated on this.
We are still focusing as much of our resource as possible to fulfilling customer orders but please bear with us as we are taking a little longer than you are used to fulfilling orders.
You will notice on the website, that we have put up messages saying that your order may take 5-10 days to get to you. We are sorry about this, but please be assured that we are doing the best we can to get your orders out to you.
The team in the warehouse continue to be amazing. They are all working so hard and getting stuck in. A lot of the staff are doing tasks that they haven’t done before, which is fun and challenging We are constantly communicating (in a socially distanced way!) and keeping everyone as safe as we can. We will keep going as long as we can keep delivering your orders to you.
The customer services team are also working hard to process orders and get through emails. Again, we are sorry that this is taking a little longer than you are used to, but we will get back to you.
The marketing team are all working from home but we are having a daily meeting especially as one of us is self-isolating so we all want to make sure that she is staying sane! Here is a screen shot that I took of our call today.
Are you doing ok? I hope so. It was Mother’s Day yesterday and I keep thinking about wise words from my Mother. She said, in difficult or bad times you will see the worst of people, but you will also see the best of people. You get to choose which one you want to be. She was a very wise woman.
