Happy Christmas Everyone!

Happy Christmas Everyone!

We just wanted to say a big thank you and Merry Christmas to you all!

Thank you once again for all your support this year - we appreciate each and every one of you! We hope you are all keeping well and safe and you can find joy and comfort this Christmas.

Here at All Jigsaw Puzzles, we have had another busy year and have enjoyed creating some amazing new jigsaws with fantastic people.

Most recently we created a new range of Wooden jigsaw puzzles for the sight impaired, designed by Catherine Daley. The idea for this jigsaw puzzle collection came about when Catherine Daley’s mother-in-law, Sylvia, found it increasingly difficult to do the jigsaw puzzles she so loved because of sight loss. Catherine decided to create a new kind of jigsaw for her that would not depend on good vision. We hope this range of puzzle will allow those with poor vision to keep puzzling.

We also created two new Blower jigsaw puzzles with the Telegraph, one of which celebrated the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and the other taking a look back at the year of 2022.

Mike Jupp joined the All Jigsaw Puzzles family with his new brand! We released 7 new puzzles from Mike Jupp this year and we can’t wait for more next year - stay tuned!

We were also so excited and delighted to team up with the National Gallery to create a stunning range of jigsaw puzzles featuring incredible works of art from their collection.

Tim Bulmer released even more of his incredible county illustrations and is getting closer every year to completing all of the counties in England! Look out for more puzzles from Tim next year. We also had some fantastic puzzles made from the wonderful art of Armand Foster, Wendy Brown, Maliha Abidi and Trai Hiscock.

A look back at 2022

There have certainly been a lot of highs and lows this year. We celebrated Queen Elizabeth II’s incredible 70 year reign at her Platinum Jubilee, which sadly was followed by her passing only months later. England won the Women’s Euros Football final (congratulations again to our lionesses!), we celebrated 50 years of Glastonbury Festival and the UK remarkably received 2nd place in the Eurovision song contest thanks to Sam Ryder!

Times have certainly become tougher in the cost of living crisis, so we do hope you are all keeping safe and warm this Winter. Our hearts and thoughts go out to all of those still being affected by war around the world. Christmas is a time of joy and merriment, but also a time to reflect and think of those who are having a difficult time. Thank you to everyone who bought our Ukraine appeal jigsaw puzzles - the profits of which go to the DEC which place funds where they are urgently needed to help those affected by war and disasters all around the world.

Crafts and hobbies such as jigsaw puzzles are a great way to quiet our minds in times of stress. We have discussed this in our previous blog Looking after your mental health in uncertain times which has some wonderful suggestions for staying healthy and happy in tough times.

Once again, we wish each and every one of you a wonderful Christmas, may it be filled with love, laughter, food and frolics and may all the pieces of your yuletide puzzle come together.

Merry Christmas from everyone at All Jigsaw Puzzles!
