We’ve had a range of film-related jigsaw puzzles come into stock recently so without further ado, here’s the line up for today!
Todays showings include:
9am - Harry Potter
A cast of Harry Potter heroes and villains have their wands raised - are they going to cast a spell over you? This dramatic and challenging design combines movie stills and artwork from the official style guide. Piece together Harry, Hermione, Ron, Hagrid, Lucius and Draco Malfoy, Peter Pettigrew, Bellatrix Lestrange, Dobby, Professors Dumbledore, Snape, McGonagall and Trelawney, plus He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. Prepare to create your very own magic as you assemble this atmospheric design.
11am - Cinderella
The Fairy Godmother waves her magic wand and transforms Cinderella's rags into a wonderful ball gown! Other scenes from this 1950 film are contained within the "movie reel" that winds its way around the scene. This is part of a series of 5 Collector's Edition puzzles based on classic Disney films.
12:30pm - 101 Dalmatians
This Thomas Kinkade painting captures the wonderful and heart-warming Disney classic, 101 Dalmatians. In this scene, set in London, we see a beautiful scene. Anita and Roger are hugging while surrounded by their large litter of puppies, and their loving dogs, Perdita and Pongo. This Kinkadian painting really emphasises the lights from the city as well as the twinkle of the lamps in this calm, sunset scene.
1:45pm - Snow White and the Seven Dwarves
This Thomas Kinkade painting captures the magical story of Disney’s Snow White. The castle where Snow White will eventually find happiness sits in the background of this beautiful painting. A small waterfall babbles away and leads to a river, which flows past the little cottage. Filled with colourful flowers and beautiful wildlife, this puzzle is a joy to piece together.
4pm - Beauty and the Beast
This Thomas Kinkade painting captures the magical story of Beauty and the Beast. Under a moonlit sky, we see Belle and the Beast, dancing in the moonlight. Surrounding them we see much loved characters and friends of Belle, as well as foes too!
7pm - Disney’s Fantasia
Mickey Mouse takes on the role of the Sorcerer's Apprentice in this scene taken from the 1940 animated film. The Sorcerer's Apprentice (by Dukas) is just one of the great classical works of music that form the basis of this ground-breaking and memorable movie. Other scenes from the film are contained within the section of "movie reel" featured at the top of the design. This is part of a series of 5 Collector's Edition puzzles based on classic Disney films.
