Yesterday evening, the UK Government imposed a lockdown including shops and all non-essential travel and were even more forceful about enforcing social distancing. With things moving so quickly, we have taken a very difficult decision this morning.
We have lots and lots of orders to fulfil, which we are so grateful for. We will fulfil all the orders that we have taken as we want to make sure that our current customers can have a jigsaw puzzle to do at home. This may take a little longer than usual as we are working with a skeleton staff, so that we can practice social distancing in our warehouse.
The difficult decision we made this morning was to temporarily close our All Jigsaw Puzzle website. This is to ensure that we can fulfil all the orders that we have taken on the stores. We want to make sure that we don’t take orders that we can’t fulfil. When we catch up and if we are able, we will open up the store again to take orders. Keep an eye on our facebook page and sign up to our newsletter so we can let you know when the store is taking orders. You can browse the store, perhaps add items to the wishlist so that you can place the order when we are able to open the store again.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused but we hope that you understand. If you have placed an order on All Jigsaw Puzzles and not yet received it, we will fulfil it.
- For UK orders allow 5 to 10 working days for delivery
- For all other countries, allow 10-15 working days for delivery.
As we are operating with a skeleton staff in order to practice social distancing, this will also affect our customer service team. We will take a little longer to answer emails and may not be able to answer telephone calls. But leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we are able.
I am personally so sorry about this as I know there are lots of people out there who want jigsaw puzzles. We took this decision to take care of our staff and also to fulfil our promise to current customers. We hope you understand.
